- Don’t misuse the service or resell it without permission.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the tools at app.jcerejo.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
2. The Service
We provide web-based tools for evaluating and improving AI products — including the AI-UX Score, the Anticipatory Design Framework, the Audience Factors Builder, and the EU AI Act tool suite.
3. Not legal advice
The EU AI Act tools help you self-assess and organise your compliance work. They are informational aids — they are not legal advice and do not constitute a formal conformity assessment, certification, or approval under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 or any other law. Confirm your obligations with qualified legal or compliance professionals before relying on any output.
4. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to break its security, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
6. Plans, billing & cancellation
A free tier is available. Paid (“Pro”) plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
7. Your content & our intellectual property
You keep all rights to the content and data you enter, and you’re responsible for it and for having the right to use it. You grant us the limited right to process it only to provide the Service. The tools themselves, their questionnaires, methodology, and branding remain our intellectual property.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that outputs are complete, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or to protect the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the courts of Portugal have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
12. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; we’ll update the date above and flag material changes. Questions? support@jcerejo.com.
