Insight Clustering

Affinity clustering of your Exploration outputs into themes, then naming the tensions that matter.

Why it matters

Turns scattered signals into the critical uncertainties that drive the next phase.

When to use it

Once Exploration has produced more findings than you can hold in your head.

How to run it

  1. Cluster related findings into themes.

  2. Name each cluster only once it feels stable.

  3. Pick your top 2–3 tensions.

  4. State them as uncertainties. They become your scenario axes in Imagine.

Watch out for

Naming clusters too early, before the pattern has actually settled.
